Programming

We have extensive experience programming PLCs in multiple languages, most commonly with Structured Text for modern systems, and Ladder Logic for legacy systems.

Our experience extends to coding desktop applications and firmware for embedded systems as well, including C code for custom EtherCAT Slave Devices.

Simulation

We have custom kernels for simulating dynamic systems, including motion, thermal, and additive / subtractive machining.  We can also use existing FEA packages to analyze your mechanical designs and validate critical parameters.

Rapid Prototyping

Whether you need a 1-off design, or plan to iterate prototypes as you gear up for production, we can assist with all stages of the process.  From designing and populating PCBs, to 3D printing working prototypes, our experience will accelerate your development.

Our team can help you prototype with available technologies, while designing for the final production process, be it injection molding or 5-axis machining.
